We do not directly collect or store customers’ payment card details; transaction information available to us is limited to the records provided through our Square account.

Square processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

At Newport Beach Driving School, customer information, including booking communications and photographs of driver licences, is stored on our business mobile phone. Driver licence photographs are kept in the iPhone Photos app, while booking inquiries and customer communications are retained through phone messaging.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including securing our devices and limiting access to customer records. Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations or legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted where appropriate.
